This second workshop will be held in November. This is the perfect opportunity to try a one off hula hoop session, or to up your game and learn more, if you are a beginner, or have attended previous workshops. Realise your potential, by learning the basics of hula hooping, whittle down your waist and maybe even learn a fancy trick or two!
